Human Resources Manager


Our group is a collective of 65+ professionals, organised in three independent companies running six  brands - Talexio, Konnekt, Preeo Software,, & We are looking for an HR Manager to support our team and spearhead its growth.

We are a bunch of solution driven individuals who highly value positive team dynamics. We thrive on feedback and have a healthy variety of opinions.  

In this role you will be responsible to manage the entire HR life cycle, including actively contributing in the strategy to maximise and strengthen the teams for each phase of transformation as the brands grow. You should have the gravitas to quickly become the go-to-person for brand leaders and team members for coaching and guidance. The group has a strong culture built on a strong set of values which you will lead and champion. We would like you to have frequent interactions with every team member to instil a practice of accountability and independence in every role. We are very keen to adopt a coaching approach in doing so.

Given the ambitious plans, particular focus needs to be dedicated to recruitment, onboarding, retention and upskilling.

You should have a keen sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, be a critical thinker and be attentive to detail.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources within a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience working within an Agency background will be considered a strong asset
  • A strong work ethic, very sharp judgement and the ability to nurture a positive mindset are all solid ground for this position

Education & Experience

  • Degree Level of Education is a must, preferably in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
