Human Resources Manager

In this HR Manager position, you will be managing the HR function of the organisation, making sure that the daily objectives are being met in accordance with the company's strategy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing, implementing and overseeing the company's policies and procedures
  • Managing the recruitment process and monitor the training and development process of all employees
  • Conducting performance appraisals
  • Drafting contracts, terminations and disciplinary procedure according to the Maltese Employment Law
  • Accurately process payroll of employees while monitoring and keeping record of attendance and timekeeping
  • Develop departments' goals including business plans and budgets
  • Making sure that all employees are working within a safe and secure environment in line with the company's quality standards

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor Degree and / or Masters in HR or equivalent work experience
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years' relevant working experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Maltese legislation and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in English and Maltese (verbal and written)

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to organise and manage people
