Human Resources Generalist

€20,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

Within this position of a Human Resources Generalist you will be reporting to the Managing Director while supporting with HR administration, payroll and employee related matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and finalise the recruitment process from start to finish - sourcing to selection
  • Monitor, evaluate and support with the implementation of HR processes and procedures
  • Process work permit applications
  • Support with payroll administration
  • Be heavily involved in the induction and exit processes of employee
  • Provide employment law advice and recommend best HR practises
  • Support with identified training needs and the development of training solutions


  • Diploma level of qualification in Human Resources Management as a minimum
  • Maltese Employment Law Certification a must
  • 3 years experience within an HR and payroll environment
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Shireburn System is needed


  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Good leader and a people’s person
