Human Resources Executive

  Central Malta  |  up to €35,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to join their team.


  • Support the development and implementation of Human Resources Initiatives and Employer Branding. 
  • Full Recruitment cycle, on-boarding, training, exit interview.
  • Conducting Performance Reviews. 
  • Assist in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling of HR-related conflicts.
  • HR Related administration work and supporting Forecasting and Budgeting.
  • Preparing and handling work permits: applications and renewals.
  • Holding Engagement surveys, HR & Feedback Sessions.
  • Organising Training and Activities.
  • Leave, payroll and liaising with hiring/line managers for other matters
  • Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Good command of the Maltese and English languages
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • An understanding of employment legislation
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources position
  • Relevant educational qualifications (Degree or Diploma) in Human Resources or Business Administration
