Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta. They would like to engage a Human Resources Executive to join their team.

The Role

Assist the HR Manager in the day to day HR Operation
Be actively involved with the whole Recruitment cycle
Assist with the formulation and upkeep of policies and procedures
Assist with training within the company
Handle queries arising from various departments of the company
Deputise for the HR Manager if and where necessary

Skill-sets and Requirements

Have at least 1 year experience within a similar position
Be assertive yet approachable
Be diligent and meticulous

Education & Experience

Preferably have a qualification in Human Resources or studying towards it
