Human Resources Clerk

€18,000 - €22,000  |  Malta

A new vacancy of HR Clerk (Employee Relations) is now available. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in ensuring employees understand and comply with policies
  • Implementing annual performance reviews of employees and maintaining records related to reviews
  • Handling complaints and grievance procedures
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  • Assisting in reports related to Shine Awards, Pension and Employees Schemes
  • Preparing letters of promotion, appointments and salary increases
  • Renewing work permits and employee contracts
  • Supporting employees at all levels

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree level of education in HR will be preferred
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law will be considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese and English is a must

Skills:

  • Driven with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines 
  • Doer, with a no nonsense approach
