Human Resources Business Support Manager (HR)

  Central Malta  |  €48,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client is a renowned name in the hospitalty industry. As they are growing both locally and abroad they would like to strengthen the Human Resources function with this new role of Human Resources Business Support Manager (HR) You will report directly the Group Head of Human Resources.

The Role

  • The HR Business Support Manager will support the Group Head of Human Resources.  
  • You will focus on implementing HR structures, systems, and reporting across the group's hotels and corporate functions. 
  • You need expertise in HR operations, policy execution, and multi-country coordination. 
  • You will develop and roll out HR frameworks like KPIs, salary benchmarks, and SOPs. 
  • You will prepare monthly reports on payroll, leave, recruitment, and staffing movements and maintain HR records such as job descriptions, staff lists, org charts, and contracts. Coordination of HR documentation and standardisation across countries which is key. 
  • You will manage recruitment activities, including job postings and onboarding processes and liaising with legal and advisory teams in various countries ensuring policy compliance. 
  • You will support the onboarding of senior hires

Requirements

  • You will have 4-6 years of HR Operations or Business Support experience
  • Have strong skills in payroll, reporting and organisation
  • You must be proficient in IT especially in Excel and document systems
  • You will be passionate about organisational transformation
  • You will be ready to be both strategic and hands on if necessary

Education and Experience

  • Preferably have a tertiary qualification in HR
