Human Resources Associate


Our client is looking to recruit a Human Resources Associate to join their growing team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the various functions related to the entire employee life-cycle
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department, understanding data and produce reports
  • Supporting in recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, talent & performance management as well as payroll
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese

Education & Experience

Either a first degree in a related discipline and/or HR experience
