HR Support (Temporary)

Within this HR Support (temporary) position you will be forming part of the company's Department of Administration. Your main duties will include: 

  • Supporting in the recruitment process and screening of candidate applications
  • Drafting job descriptions and vacancy notices 
  • Preparing documents, written tests, and organizing meetings
  • Archiving paper and electronic files and updating databases 
  • Writing up letters for candidates and initiating reimbursements  
  • Assisting the office and performing any ad hoc administration duties as required 

Education and Experience 

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in administration is a must 
  • Previous experience in HR is considered an asset
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel 


  • A highly organized individual with an eye for detail 
  • A team player with time management skills  
  • Excellent level of English - both written and verbal
