HR/Payroll Officer

In this HR/Payroll Officer role, you will be ensuring the smooth running of the HR Department. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll, maintaining time and attendance records and end of year submissions
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, engagement & termination forms and other HR related information
  • Submit NSO statistics on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in maintaining and coordinating internal training material and logistics
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries by assisting employees with the interpretation and correct application of Company policies and procedures

 

Education & Experience

  • A minimum O’level standard of Education
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with payroll. Knowledge of Dakar will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese labor law
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese & English

Skills

  • You will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be analytical and have an eye for detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude approach
