HR Officer

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client operarting in the Financial services industry is currently looking for an HR Officer to join their growing team. Your duties will include: 

  • Upkeep employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Carry out regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as life and health insurance, and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Track and process employee referral incentives in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Compile background checks on prospective employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Jobsplus and coordinate related tasks.
  • Prepare and submit reports to external agencies.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English, Maltese would be an assett
  • Passion for HR and must have a can do attitude

Education and Experience

  • MQF Level 6 in a relevant field is a must OR
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a similar role
