HR Manager

Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000  

Our client, a reputable law firm in Malta is looking to recruit an HR Executive. You will be responsible for HR general duties. Your roles and responsibilities include: 

  • Formulating strategies and supporting policies
  • Managing employee relations while acting as a point of contact for employee queries 
  • Liaising with Managing partners on HR matters
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance and taking action on breaches 
  • Supporting in recruitment and carrying out onboarding and termination processes
  • Monitoring and managing employee leave (sick, maternity, paternal and study leave) 
  • Organizing and performing end-of-year performance appraisals
  • Organizing social events along with the committee 
  • Devising and implementing motivation strategies
  • Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as required 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Education & Experience

Previous experience in a similar position is a must
