HR Manager

Malta  |  €40,000 - €45,000 

A new role as a Human Resources Manager, reporting to the CFO with a parallel line to the CEO, your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Providing insight and supporting the deployment of HR strategies, policies and corporate initiatives in line with company goals
  • Promoting a positive team culture and strengthening relations with stakeholders
  • Handling employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, training needs analyses and coordinating of training programs
  • Planning, organizing and delivering HR training and development
  • Overseeing administrative HR functions related to employment and remuneration (leave, sick leave and overtime)
  • Handling all employee matters including retention, incentive plans, career growth and motivation
  • Preparing and implementing HR budgets
  • Other duties will include resourcing, recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition programs

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
  • Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese language

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience
  • A Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or an HR related qualification
  • Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
