HR Manager


A new opportunity as an HR Manager is now available within one of Malta’s leading legal firms. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing strategies to deal effectively with management/employee relations issues as they arise
  • Assessing needs to develop appropriate Wellness initiatives based on feedback from employees
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, being responsible for the whole candidate's journey
  • Negotiating of salaries, contracts and other employee agreements whilst updating relevant records
  • Onboarding and termination of employees 
  • Managing training and assessing development needs to support current and future business growth 
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practice

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Expert in performance management and talent development
  • Good expertise in recruitment, retention and engagement

Education & Experience

  • Human Resources Management or related Degree
  • 5 years proven HR experience implementing development, retention and engagement strategy as well as HR Wellbeing programs
