HR Manager


We have a new  HR Manager with one of the leading affiliate marketing software providers in the iGaming industry where you will be responsible to support the Head of HR, assisting in the organisation and implementation of HR projects and key functions, as well as the ongoing management of the HR operations, policies, procedures and processes upkeep and implementation. Moreover, you will also be responsible for the following: 

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the business
  • Managing the whole recruitment cycle
  • Ensuring a consistent monitoring and reporting on workforce while working closely with the Performance & Reward Specialist ensuring right initiatives are actioned (Succession planning, contingency plans, etc.)
  • Identifying training needs and providing necessary programs
  • Defining and managing the departmental budget
  • Overseeing the Payroll and Admin operations
  • Supporting the Head of HR in designing the Organisational structure and ensuring its transformation alongside with business changes and challenges
  • Ensuring talent resource planning according to business requirements to deliver company objectives
  • Identification, evaluation, and professional development of direct reports’ roles and responsibilities


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Expert in performance management and talent development
  • Broad understanding of Business requirements and how to relate them to the relevant HR initiatives
  • Learning and development strategy implementation
  • Good expertise in recruitment, retention and engagement
  • Ability to support the HR team in defining and implement employees’ benefits

Education & Experience

  • Human Resources Management or related Degree
  • 7 years proven track experience HRBP or HR Generalist, implementing development, retention and engagement strategy as well as HR transformation programs
