HR Manager


In this job opportunity as a Human Resource Manager, you will be forming part of a fast-growing organisation and your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Resourcing and recruitment of staff 
  • Creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the HR Data Base and regularly updating the personnel information 
  • Assisting Managers with training and development of staff as required 
  • Other duties include performance management, employee termination, and some administrative tasks 

Education and Experience

This vacancy requires:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or an HR related qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and employment law regulations


  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese language
