HR Manager 

A new job of a Human Resources Manager is currently available.  Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle and assist in employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Aid with the resourcing and recruitment of staff and manage internship opportunities
  • Creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting in training and development, and coaching the leadership team on employee relations
  • Developing strong relationships across the organisation
  • Other duties will include performance management, reward and recognition programmes and other HR projects

Education and Experience

  • A Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or an HR related qualification
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and employment law regulations

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese language
