Our client, a leading growing organisation operating within the education and tourism industry is currently seeking to recruit an HR Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, as an HR Manager you will be responsible for the HR function for the company, and planning, directing and implementing activities aimed at enhancing employees’ moral . You will handle the recruitment and selection process, maintain and update policies and procedures and the employee handbook, training and monitor strategy for benefits and contractual obligations. Other duties will include performance management, dealing with Managers with regards to KPI’s and appraisals and creating initiatives for staff engagement and social and team building activities.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR coupled within a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a human resources function. You should be a self starter and work on your initiative, with Strong leadership and influencing skills and be proactive in driving the company's HR strategy. You will be driven, meticulous and analytical and demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and strong communication skills. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
