HR Manager (Part-time)

Malta

Our client, a well-established and reputable company on the island, are seeking to recruit an HR Manager on part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, updating official company documents and revising the employee handbook
  • Coordinating performance appraisals, employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, career development and employee relations;
  • Responding to inquiries regarding staff policies and procedures;
  • Supporting Managers on HR matters, including advice and guidance to employees
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and updating job descriptions as necessary
  • Planning and conducting new employee induction sessions
  • Reviewing salaries/wages payroll reports
  • Performing other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • A minimum 4-5 years HR experience is a must
  • Previous experience within payroll is required

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Confident, approachable, organised and detail oriented
  • Self-directed and able to work on own initiative
