HR Generalist


Our client, a well-known International Audit Firm, is currently looking to recruit an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the daily HR activities and HR administration functions
  • HRBP activities for internal Service Lines
  • Drive assigned talent initiatives – end to end
  • Support HR operational activities for the business which include knowledge and application of sound HR policies/ practices and managing employee life cycle activities
  • Participate/support in the recruitment and selection processes
  • Be a point of contact for internal staff members and facilitate timely resolution to employee queries
  • Deliver reports on key HR metrics and providing relevant analysis/ recommendations
  • Support student programme initiatives
  • Assist in various training and development activities, seminars and other student events as directed
  • Support the Talent Team on various activities organized for Malta staff
  • Support local and global talent agendas 
  • Any other related duties as required in the Talent function

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to building strong relationships and stakeholder management
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Team player

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience within HR with proven track record
  • Relevant HR degree or similar
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office
