HR Generalist/Administrator

Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 

Our client operates in the Gaming Industry.  As they are growing, they would like to engage an HR Generalist/Administrator to join their team.

The Role

  • Support the workforce through the whole life cycle
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition specialists in the Recruitment process
  • Create job descriptions , advertise vacancies on social media and prepare for interviews
  • Take care of the employee referrals
  • Handle the HR Administration including managing HR E-mails, coordinating product reviews and assisting with Learning & Development
  • You will also be dealing with Jobs Plus, FS4, NI and Tax Number
  • Assist with payroll
  • Deal with Exit interviews

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator preferably in the IT sector
  • Have familiarity with social media and prodessional networks
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

Education & Experience

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
