HR Executive

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €34,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading Group of companies in multiple sectors, is looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, The chosen candidate will:

  • Respond to daily HR-related queries from employees and management.
  • Maintain and update Time & Attendance records accurately.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Upload and manage HR documents in the HR digital platform.
  • Participate in corporate and local HR projects as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze HR statistics and reports, including training data.
  • Submit NSO statistics on a quarterly basis and as required.
  • Support processes related to temporary workers, interns, and students.
  • Coordinate training activities and logistics for employee development.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits.
  • Support CSR and volunteering activities to foster company engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR department.

Requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude combined with a proactive and self- motivated mindset.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse workforce

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an H.R. function ideally in a financial services industry
  • Experience in TCN Single Permit Procedure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
  • A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field is required
  • Knowledge of employment legislation is a must
