HR Executive

Malta

As the HR Executive you will be working closely with the Senior HR Team of the company, assisting with the execution of several HR initiatives and office administration.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the organisation, namely but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of job offers;
  • Coordinating the onboarding and induction process of new employees as well as liaising with team member to manage the training function of the organisation, including but not limited to the liaison with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of training requests, management of the training calendar;
  • Identifying employee and culture-related issues and suggesting ways how to keep building a proactive culture;
  • Making sure that the office is running smoothly and managing the front office, event logistics, cleaning, and facilities upkeep;
  • Improving departmental policies and procedures and day-to-day operations;
  • Managing and ensuring that the upkeep of office equipment stock levels and other day to day supplies are maintained
  • Be responsible for office health and safety measures and ensuring they are continuously updated to reflected latest standards;
  • Leading the administration staff including front office, housekeeping and courier services;
  • Planning and coordinating in-house and off-site events while ensuring meeting rooms are adequately;

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Professional level of English and Maltese - written and verbal
  • Proven leadership skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required;
  • Degree level of education or equivalent (MQF level 6) is a must
