HR Executive

A new HR Executive role is available in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will be reporting to the HR Manager, and your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Handling the entire recruitment process from preparation of vacancy adverts through to sourcing and screening candidates, interview management, offers and all related recruitment administration
• Liaising with and providing consistent support to the hiring managers and candidates
• Handling the onboarding process of all new joiners
• Using multiple tools (referrals, LinkedIn recruiter, Job adverts) to source top quality talent
• Organising the required induction training for new employees
• Updating and maintaining training records
• Providing support in ad hoc projects and other HR responsibilities when required

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills in English. Maltese preferred
• Strong Attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills and time management
• Self motivated and pro-active

Education & Experience

• Minimum of Diploma level in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of HR Experience within a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Office
