HR Executive


A company within the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Executive. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, including handling the hiring process and communicating with corresponding managers and their prospective candidates.
  • Registering employees with Jobs plus for any new addition, termination and/or change in job.
  •  Assisting employees with Social Security and/or residential documentation.
  •  Maintaining confidential information with regards to payroll operations and employee confidentiality. 
  •  Issuing any Jobsplus Termination applications along with relevant FS3s as part of the Final Documentation Email.
  •  Applying for Social Security and Tax Numbers.
  •  Submitting of FS reports on a monthly and/or annual basis.
  •  Managing payroll including vacation leave, sick leave, special leave using HR software 


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR generalist or similar role
  • Have recruiting experience in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
  • Confident working with MS office, Google G suite, LinkedIn and HR software
  • Strong leadership skills to help with achieving the vision of the organization

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent would be ideal
  • Working knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law is ideal
