HR Executive


A new role as an HR Executive is now available, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Accurately process the payroll of employees while monitoring and keeping record of attendance and timekeeping
  • Dealing with internal employee relations and other employee queries
  • Handling the recruitment of staff and orienting new employees to the firm
  • Handling necessary administrative and clerical duties related to HR
  • Performing regular file audits ensuring records database is accurate and up to date
  • Assisting in the development of HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines
  • Engaging in the firm’s projects and performing other duties as necessary


Skill-sets and Requirements

Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all leve

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years previous experience working within a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
