HR Executive


Working closely with the Directors and reporting directly to the HR Manager, as an HR Executive your responsibilities will include: 

  • Placing job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening of CVs, following up on interviews 
  • Performing employment contracts, work permits, training schedules, updating the payroll system
  • Assisting in the engagements, terminations and transfers of employees
  • Coordinate HR projects including training, surveys, meetings and events
  • Supporting the Payroll Coordinator for monthly settlements when required
  • Ensuring all employees are adhering to company’s policies and procedures

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires a:

  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management or a HR related qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law regulations and other HR related legislation


  • Be self-disciplined and capable to work well under pressure
  • Has strong organisational skills
  • Be assertive and able to multi-task
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
