HR Executive


Forming part of the Human Resources Department you will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager and HR Team with the following responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the training function, including the development, scheduling and delivery of training programs
  • Supporting managers and the HR team with the recruitment processes
  • Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary procedures
  • Supporting in performance management and the implementation of improvement projects
  • Meeting employees, unions and stakeholders, mainly on employee issues
  • Leading any personnel assigned

Education & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma Level of education in HR or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR post, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Maltese and English (verbal and written), and preferably Italian
  • Experience in Maltese Employment Law is considered an asset


  • Organised, diligent and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and possess a strong disposition to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
