HR Executive (South of Malta)


Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is looking for an HR Executive to join their team. Working closely with the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Processing of payroll including collecting and verifying timekeeping information for all employees
  • Updating paperwork for recruitment and termination of employees
  • Inputting data of employees in the Jobsplus system
  • Processing of work permits applications with Identity Malta and Jobsplus
  • Publishing and Create Job Postings
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting with the recruitment process 
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring that all employees understand and comply with them
  • Assisting in Arranging Training Activities
  • Address employees’ queries and problem-solve when possible

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with Shireburn Indigo Software is an asset
