HR Executive (Maternity Cover)

Our client, a growing company within the aviation industry, is recruiting for an HR Executive on a temporary basis. Your duties here will include;

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Summoning candidates, conducting personal interviews, conducting a credibility test, and sending for a diagnosis.
  • Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Monitoring overall HR strategies, HR operations systems and processes, benefits administration, and welfare.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, at both local and group international level.
  • Developing and sustaining employee engagement.
  • Managing training and assessing development needs, to support current and future business growth.
  • Overseeing and managing the performance management system that drives high performance.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Overseeing the payroll function.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English (Verbal & Written)
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate a good level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Based in Malta

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience within HR, at an executive level, is a must
  • Good knowledge of employment law
