HR Coordinator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for an HR coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees on all HR matters.
  •  Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, especially with engagement documentation and work permit process for third country nationals.
  • Preparing and handling applications for both EU and non- EU employees.
  • Dealing with the day-to-day HR administration work
  • Supporting the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documents and reports.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and providing advice on policies and procedures set within the company
  • Organising and coordinating the training of employees.


  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • The ability to maintain employee records, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organisation

Education and Experience

  • Previous HR experience in a similar position


  • Flexilbility/working from home after probation
