HR Business Partner

In this varied and interesting position of an HR Business Partner you will work closely with all levels of the organisation, reporting to the chief HR Director and be responsible for:-

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple HR projects and stable operations 
  • Coordination of the companies HR activities 
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Training, Reporting, Performance Management,
  • Staff Welfare, Health and Safety and Compliance

Experience and Skills
 

  • A first degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Solid previous experience in an HR role
  • IT proficiency as well as the ability to understand data and produce reports.
  • You must be a great organiser with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident and have a positive personality
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills 
  • Customer service orientation is important.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
