HR Business Partner


As the Human Resources Business Partner you will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources, appointed as the internal consultant on HR Management and Organisational Change needs.  In this job you will be expected to develop relationships at all levels and deliver comprehensive and effective HR solutions across the group as per the HR agenda. Your main duties will be as follows (not limited to):

  • Contribute and Execute HR Strategies: coach and support managers, ensure HR practises are fairly applied, manage organisational development and design, support with change management, research and propose, critically review resource requirements, support with engagement planning and other related duties
  • Establish and maintain well grounded employee relations
  • Support and Coach in each step of the performance and talent management
  • Plan and Manage budgets, standardise KPI’s and manage forecast accuracy

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or other related areas a must
  • A Master’s Degree within a related field is seen as preferable
  • +3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is needed
  • Aware of manufacturing related terms
  • Experience within a unionised environment
  • Certified with the Maltese Employment Law Course with a solid knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations
  • Knowledge of HRMS and Office software needed
  • Experienced with facilitation of presentations


  • Native level of Maltese and good understanding of English

  • Organised and good at project management
