HR Assistant

Malta  |  €22,000 - €24,000 

Our client is looking to recruit for an HR Assistant in Malta. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and attending interviews
  • Participating in the Engagement and Termination process
  • Assisting with any HR related inquiries or requests
  • Keeping up to date the employee records 
  • Booking and coordinating of travel arrangements
  • Coordinating seminars and any training as necessary
  • Handling any administrative duties that may be required by the HR team



Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to multitask and be highly organized
  • Great communications skills with a can do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Education & Experience

  • A levels standard of education
  • Knowledge of HR legislation, regulations and processes would be a plus
