HR Assistant


The role of HR Assistant is within a well-established company within the FMCG industry. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Liaising with the HR Manager to determine staffing requirements
  • Making use of internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
  • Organizing, preparing and participating in recruitment activities, job fairs and in-house recruitment events
  • Assisting with the onboarding process in terms of contracts of employment and work permits

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English in both verbal and written. Fluency in Italian would be considered an asset
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

  • Secondary level of education
  • Previous experience in an office environment
