HR Assistant (Temporary for 7 months)

A job vacancy for an HR Administrator (Temporary for 7 months) has arisen within the pharmaceutical industry. Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
  • Aid in recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Assist with basic employee enquires
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
  • Maintain HR databases
  • Coordinate training
  • Conduct administration duties
  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

Education and Experience

The vacancy requires a:

  • Minimum has an Ordinary Level of Education
  • Has experience working on MS Office

Skills

  • Attentive to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and spoken communication skills in both Maltese and English
