HR assistant (North of Malta)

Our client is looking for an HR assistant to provide internal assistance within the team. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Preparing employee contracts
  • maintaining correspondence for disciplinary actions 
  • Assessing travel expenses of regional distributions 
  • Assessing time and attendance
  • Administration of access cards
  • Studying and monitoring HR procedures 
  • Monitoring training reports 
  • Responding to employee queries 
  • Organizing personnel records
  • Preparing HR documents 
  • Ensuring GDPR 
  • Assisting with recruitment lifecycle

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in English in both verbal and written
  • Phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • ECDL Literate
  • Previous experience in an office environment will be considered an asset
