HR and Recruitment Executive


Our client, an established group of companies is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Executive to join their team.  Forming part of a dynamic young team, the successful applicant will report to the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling the full recruitment process; from advertising to vetting CV’s and shortlisting candidates for interviews  
  • Liaising with Recruitment agencies, identifying ideal advertising opportunities whilst coordinating with department Managers 
  • Checking the HR Recruitment system daily and organize it according to Department procedures
  • Compiling and sending Job Offers 
  • Onboarding any new employees by organizing the necessary paperwork, setting up accounts,  processing the engagement documentation and ordering related supplies
  • Organizing the HR & H&S Induction 
  • Terminating Employees as per company procedures 
  • Handling daily sick reporting, corresponding with employees and booking doctors when necessary as well as preparing Sick Reports for monthly payroll 
  • Assisting employees with Injury forms, liaising with Department managers 
  • Liaise with the HR Manager and department managers to issue contract renewals and Successful  completion of probation letters 
  •  Continuously review, update and improve Job Descriptions according to the different roles and  change in positions. 
  •  Support the HR Manager in administering the Performance Management System  
  • Liaise with Department Managers to update and maintain the company’s competency framework 

Education and Experience

  • A qualification in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations
