HR and Payroll Executive (South)

  South of Malta

Our client is looking for HR and Payroll Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Preparation and processing of monthly payroll and handling of wage-related queries.
  • Maintaining the time and attendance software and all HR related systems.
  • Drawing up, maintaining, and submitting HR monthly metrics and other ad-hoc HR reports.
  • Daily reporting and follow-up of sick-leave absence.
  • Maintaining employee files.
  • Organising HR related activities.
  • Tackling daily HR issues and providing HR related support to all employees.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures. including knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Proficient in HR information systems and tools
  • A good command of the English language and ideally also of the Maltese language

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a human resources and payroll environment.
  • An HR and Payroll related Diploma or certificate.
