HR Administrator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Handling all contracts for employees such as creating contracts from a template for new employees chasing and filing
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required
  • Handing feedback from hiring managers on candidate progression
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and jobs plus when needed
  • Assisting in other general paperwork/admin


Skill-sets and Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education & Experience

Previous experience with HR basic tasks would be an advantage but training will be provided
