HR Administrator

Malta  |  €21,000 - €24,000 

A new HR Administrator role in Malta is now available. You will be involved in supporting operations from an HR function of a leading local manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including the creation of vacancies, writing job adverts both for internal and external calls, liaising with recruitment agencies and conducting interviews when necessary
  • Provide assistance and support as required for the day-to-day HR-related requirements including drafting employee contracts and upkeep of the company’s HR data system
  • Establish relationships with employees and management, providing employee support where necessary
  • Monitoring, measuring and updating the Performance Management system to promote career development within the company
  • Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters
  • Being the first point of reference for the HR department and providing first level support to colleagues on HR related queries

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a plus
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills to help with achieving the vision of the organization
  • Meticulous and organized

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent would be ideal
  • Working knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law is ideal
