HR Administrator

Within this HR Administrator job you will assist in general administration duties within the Human Resources Department. Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include:

  • Offering administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting the HR Department in daily routine tasks
  • Updating HR records and maintaining HR systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Compiling reports and drafting of employment contracts
  • Supporting in the recruitment and performance appraisal process

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • A minimum 'A' level of Education or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient computer literacy in MS Applications, emails and Social Media
  • Previous clerical and/or administration experience
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
