HR Administrator (reduced) - 1 year contract

€22,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

A new HR Administrator​ job in Malta is now available. You will be involved in supporting operations from an HR function of a leading local manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including the creation of vacancies, writing job adverts both for internal and external calls, liaising with recruitment agencies and conducting interviews when necessary
  • Provide assistance and support as required for the day-to-day HR-related requirements including drafting employee contracts and upkeep of the company’s HR data system
  • Establish relationships with employees and management, providing employee support where necessary
  • Monitoring, measuring and updating the Performance Management system to promote career development within the company
  • Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent would be ideal
  • A minimum of 2 years HR Administration experience is necessary
  • Working knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law is ideal
  • Experience working within a unionised environment is considered an asset
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
