HR Administrator - 6 month contract


A new HR Assistant job in Malta is available. You will be involved in supporting operations from an HR function of a leading local manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting departmental managers with employee relations matters 
  • Implementing policies and procedures, updating official company documents and the employee handbook
  • Monitoring, measuring and updating the Performance Management system to promote career development within the company
  • Participating in the on-boarding process of new employees
  • Supporting in the recruitment and selection process
  • Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters that are relative to the day to day running of the HR Department

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years HR Administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law
  • Experience working within a unionised environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese


  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills to help with achieving the vision of the organisation

This job is for a temporary 6 months contract.
