HR & Administrative Executive


A reputable software house is looking to employ an Administration and HR Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Handling work permit applications and liaising with JobsPlus, ETC and IRD
  • Preparing employee contracts and other HR-related documentation
  • Greeting and assisting visitors while handling any client-related queries 
  • Reviewing new procedures, manual and system enhancements 
  • Maintenance of office supplies and equipment 
  • Inputting and maintaining employee details on payroll systems
  • processing payments and documentation such as invoices, employee reimbursements and statements
  • Posting of financial data into the appropriate accounts using automated accounting systems 
  • Assisting in recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews, screening CVs
  • Carrying out other ad hoc duties as may be required.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Knowledge of work permits and employment law is a must
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Must have impeccable organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to undertake HR practices and procedures independently

Education & Experience

Ideally have a degree level of education or similar
