Group HR Manager

A new job position for a Group HR Manager is currently available within the Building Services industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Human Resource strategies to attract and retain employees
  • Ensuring HR plans for all companies are aligned with business objectives
  • Developing the company to be the leading employer of choice locally
  • Constantly communicating with stakeholders and keeping abreast of workforce requirements
  • Developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Preparing and implementing HR budgets, while overseeing employee compensation and benefits

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a Senior/ Group HR position
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Results oriented with a strong business acumen

Education & Experience

Bachelors / Masters Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or Business Administration
