Chief Human Resources Officer


Our client is a fast growing company with ambitious plans.  Within this job of a Chief HR Officer you will work closely with the leadership team ensuring the HR agenda of the company supports the goals and direction of the company.  Main duties are below:

  • Full oversight of the HR Department whilst also ensuring a smooth operation
  • Assessing, co-ordinating, developing and managing the roll out of different policies
  • Influence and drive change while ensuring the company culture is protected at all times
  • Manage the entire recruitment process while working closely with management and employees alike
  • Being present and ensuring that employees are heard and motivation kept at a high at all times

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Over 3 years experience within an HR Managerial position
  • Throughout knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experience with dealing with a multi-national work force
  • Good communicator at all levels in both English and Maltese, other languages seen as additional plus but not a must
  • Possess excellent people management skills
  • IT Conversant - Microsoft Applications and relevant HR Systems

Education & Experience

  • A Degree Level of Education within HR or other related field
  • Employment Law Certification
