We are currently looking to recruit  a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our tight-knit team. Your focus will be to liaise and support job seekers during their search for their next career move as well as managing sourcing campaigns and methodologies. 

Within this position you will be required to:

  • Perform searching and shortlisting activities for various vacancies across various industries 
  • Support in screening candidates via interviews : face to face, telephone or online
  • Champion candidates internally with recruiters and CRMs, ensuring that they are provided with the right opportunities that match their requirements, and are kept up to date throughout the recruitment life-cycle 
  • Support with outreach and marketing initiatives aimed at on-boarding candidates to the database as well as strengthening the Konnekt Brand

Education & Experience

  • Hold a Degree Level of Education or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client facing role
