Advisory Consultant: Human Resources


One of our clients an established accounting and audit firm are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Consultant to join their Advisory team.  

The client are open to considering employing an HR Professional in a flexible part time manner, which may make this an excellent opportunity for those looking to find the right work, life and family balance.  


  • Assisting a range of clients from different industry sectors
  • Assess and address the challenges of each client, across the different stages of the employment life-cycle
  • Provide strategic advice
  • Provide operational support
  • Focus on solutions to the clients pain-points

Education and Experience:

  • A relevant degree
  • A minimum of three years experience in an HR role, ideally across the employment lifecycle
  • Any experience in a consultative or advisory position would be considered an asset


  • Fluency in written and spoken English and ideally Maltese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well and collaborate with other service lines across the advisory team
