Administrative & HR Support Officer

Malta

An Administrative & HR Support Officer position is currently available with a highly reputable medium sized organisation in financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out HR & payroll duties 
  • Issuing letters as required such as performance assessments letters, reference letters, end of probation letters 
  • Computation of payroll
  • Managing leave records
  • Assisting management with the drafting of employment contracts
  • Booking of travel arrangements
  • Maintaining employee files 
  • Providing logistical support in management and preparation relating to the conferences
  • Co-ordinating induction training for new joiners
  • Management of the attendance record
  • Ongoing monitoring the maintenance of premises to ensure the safety and security of all employees
  • Compiling of periodic reports and statistics
  • Handling any other administrative tasks that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum A'level standard of education is a requirement
  • A qualification in Human Resources, coupled with previous experience in an HR or payroll capacity locally will be considered a must
